Refund policy

At Ace Re-Sell Shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
• New items must remain unused and include original packaging, tags, and accessories when applicable.
• Used items must not have additional damage, wear, or alterations.
• Please contact us before returning any item.

Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, incorrectly described, or the wrong item was sent.

Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Pre-Owned Items: Please remember that used merchandise may show normal signs of age, wear, or previous use. Any known flaws or defects will be described in the listing. Items that have been altered, damaged, misused, or returned with missing parts may not qualify for a refund.
