Shipping policy

At Ace Re-Sell Shop, we work hard to get your order packed carefully and shipped as quickly as possible.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and may offer international shipping on eligible items.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the item's size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout. Any available free-shipping offers will be clearly stated on the listing.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully package our items before shipment. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the package and item.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members and your local carrier.
